This request will only be accepted at the school and you will be notified by post as soon as it has been processed. It will take approximately four weeks from receipt of the request for disclosure for the letter to be sent. A fee will be charged for this service.

2) Correction and suspension of use
You may request the correction, cessation of use or deletion of your personal data held by the school, if necessary. Such requests can be made at the school's reception desk or by telephone and will be processed as soon as possible. It takes about 4 weeks to process a request for correction, suspension of use or deletion.

7. Organisation, structure and training

(1) The School will implement appropriate management of personal information used in the course of its business and will establish a system to ensure the proper handling of personal information in the course of its business.

(2) The school will educate and enlighten its employees to ensure that this privacy policy is followed.

8. Revision of the privacy policy (Privacy Policy)
