▏Refund policy
In the event that a Certificate of Eligibility is not issued, all fees except the screening fee will be refunded.
In the event that a visa is refused by the Japanese embassy or consulate abroad, the applicant will be refunded the screening fee and all other fees except the entrance fee. In order to apply for a refund, you will need to show proof of the refusal of the visa (e.g. passport).
In the event that a student decides not to enroll in the school before entering Japan for personal reasons, the school will refund the screening fee and all other fees except the enrollment fee. In order to apply for a refund, the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and the Letter of Acceptance must be returned to the school, and a written request to decline enrollment must be submitted.
In principle, no refunds will be made for withdrawals after enrollment.
The bank transfer fee is the responsibility of the payer.
▏Scholarships
Japan Student Services Organization Scholarship
This scholarship is for international students who are enrolled in a Japanese language institution approved by the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) for the purpose of studying at a university, junior college or vocational school in Japan.
Applicants must be of excellent academic and personal character and meet the following conditions 1 to 4.
1、Students who have an excellent academic record (including attendance rate and study attitude) at the school.
2、The average monthly remittance from the applicant's home country should be less than 90,000 yen (excluding entrance fee and tuition fee).
3、The sponsor's annual income must be less than 5 million yen.
4、The student must enter a university or a vocational school in the year following the year of receiving the scholarship.
There is a screening process for those who wish to apply.
Scholarship: 30,000 yen per month (360,000 yen per year)
